In-House Testing
Wordly invests significant resources to ensure you will receive high quality translation output for every language we offer. Before we release a new language, we run simulated tests using audio conversations in the source language and verify both the audio and text outputs exceed an accuracy threshold.
Customer Testing
Many customers conduct tests of Wordly versus human translators, tools like Google Translate, and translation features built into meeting platforms. The feedback consistently comes back that our quality is higher, and the overall user experience is much better.
Translation Consistency
One advantage of AI translation is the consistency of the translated output. While human interpreters can often deliver high quality translations, the output can have variable accuracy levels based on the individual interpreter.
Customizable Glossaries
AI translation offers the ability to create a custom glossary with terms unique to your company or industry to further enhance the accuracy of the output and user experience. This includes names of people, names of products, and technical jargon.

Wordly provides high quality, affordable real-time translation for thousands of language pairs. All translator languages are available on-demand for one fixed price - meaning you don’t pay more for additional languages.
After you purchase Wordly and have your onboarding session, you can access the Wordly Portal at any time to set up a session. Setting up a session only takes a few minutes. During the onboarding session, we will also review the process for connecting your audio system into Wordly - audio setup only takes a few minutes and the steps depend on whether you are running an in-person or virtual meeting / event.
At the start of a session, the meeting organizer selects the language the presenter will speak in. This is called the speaker, or input language. If you have presenters speaking in different languages, you can either manually switch the input language during the session, or let Wordly Automatic Language Seletection switch the language for you.
Each attendee will be able to select the language they would like to listen or read in. They will access Wordly from their personal phone, tablet or computer.
Meeting organizers will also have access to full transcripts and meeting summaries after each session. These can be translated into dozens of languages and used for a wide range of uses including recording meeting minutes and creating captions for on-demand videos.
All of the transcription and translation is done by the Wordly platform in real-time.
