• Packages are for a 12-month term - you have 12 months to use your hours and can use them across multiple sessions
• You can add more hours, languages, and users at any time during your subscription term

Discounts

Wordly is powered by AI technology which enables us to offer translation for significantly less than human interpreters. We offer several discount options:

• Volume - Save from 10% to 30% or more by purchasing larger packages.
• Multi-year - Save more by committing to a 2 or 3 year agreement.
• Non-profits and NGOs - Save an additional 10% off the price of Wordly Pro (25 hours) or higher all language packages.
• Educational Institutions - Save an additional 10% off the price of Wordly Pro (25 hours) or higher all language packages.

Pricing FAQs

• Purchase Quantities (Hours) - Can I purchase in quantities other than 10, 50, and 200 hours? Yes, purchase the number of packages needed to meet your translation requirements. For example, if you need 20 hours, purchase 2 Starter Packages.
• Purchase Quantities (Users) - What if I have a mix of small (e.g., < 50) and large (e.g., > 500) person events? Contact us and we will customize a package to fit your needs.
• Online Purchases - Can I purchase online? Yes. You can purchase online at the Wordly Store. You need to create a Wordly Account. If you are a new customer we recommend you speak with a Wordly representative to ensure you purchase the right package.
• Account Activation - How long does it take to activate a new account? New accounts are usually activated within 5-10 minutes of your purchase. We recommend new accounts complete an onboarding session with a Customer Success Rep to make sure you can have a great event.
• Payment Terms - When do I need to pay for my purchase? If you purchase online, payment is collected at that time. If you purchase with our Sales team, payment is due upon receipt of our invoice. You need to complete payment prior to your first event.
